I have resigned from work a few months back.
"Bad timing man" and "You must be out of your mind" is what most people say.
Who could blame them? It was 2009, the onslaught of the global financial crisis. People are affected by companies being downsized here and there. The learned tell me that I should remain in the company, continue in what I was doing, and just be thankful that I have a job.
They don’t get me though. I had to resign.
I felt that something was amiss.
It didn't feel right anymore.
I noticed something strange, as if there was a conspiracy happening, like being trapped in the matrix.
